Social Media Management and Vendor Relation Point of Contact.
Innovative Integrated Health is the parent company for a variety of PACE programs (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) spanning across California. These were Fresno PACE, Bakersfield PACE, and Orange County PACE. I was able to manage the Facebook pages of all these locations and managed giveaway items for events and all external communication with vendors within the whole organization.
Final results
Created graphics and content for social media, print, and digital mediums for 4 entities within the company.
Increased engagement and following on all accounts by at least 50%.
Collaborated with Marketing Manager to maintain content calendar and digital dashboard to create consistency in posting 3-5 times a week.
Communicated with vendors, placing and managing up to 30 orders at a time for the whole company while creating branded graphics for giveaway items.
Launched and maintain monthly digital newsletters for staff and print newsletters for participants.
Implemented project management tools to ensure our team stays organized.
