My focus was keeping Team Members informed and engaged with the latest news, events, and opportunities across the Park. In addition to managing Team Member social channels (like IG and FB), I led our LinkedIn strategy to showcase the employee experience and highlight HR-driven initiatives. Our team also managed content for emails, newsletters, back-of-house break room digital screens, and our newly launched intranet, Team Universal.
