At Snap Inc., I oversee the digital communication strategy for the company’s corporate and B2B social channels, managing content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat. My role centers on amplifying Snap’s leadership in AI and innovation through storytelling that connects audiences to our products, people, and values. Beyond social, I manage Snap’s newsroom website (newsroom.snapchat.com) and lead SEO and AI Optimization (GEO) initiatives across the newsroom, parent, and values sites to strengthen reach and engagement.

Results

  • Manage corporate and B2B social strategy and analytics, reaching 3.68M+ followers and delivering 11% engagement growth across 7 owned channels, including:

  • Support CEO’s social presence by writing copy and pitching content ideas, driving 150K+ monthly impressions and strengthening executive visibility across key platforms.

  • Track and project manage content approvals across 20+ global teams, partners, and IP stakeholders, ensuring consistency in brand storytelling.

  • Guide video strategy through content capture and creative direction, collaborating with editors to drive engagement and enhance audience connection.

  • Own Snap’s newsroom website (newsroom.snapchat.com), managing SEO and pioneering AI Optimization (GEO) strategies via Semrush, improving organic visibility and keyword ranking.

  • Launched Snap for Business’ first Instagram account, developing its strategy, voice, and creative direction to expand reach to 2M in first 30 days.

  • Develop data dashboards to track sentiment, engagement, and follower growth, producing insights that inform monthly and quarterly executive reports.

  • Coordinate content launches tied to major company news and product moments, achieving 45K+ engagements within the first 48 hours.
